Young Voices

The largest children’s choir concerts in the world!

Children taking part in YV have the opportunity to perform in some of the world’s greatest arenas alongside incredible artists. To achieve this with all their school friends around them for support, it helps their self-belief, self-motivation, confidence, and ability to communicate as part of a team - which is invaluable! Add to this the numerous health benefits of singing in rehearsals, including breathing exercises to focus the mind - it’s no wonder that Young Voices is over-subscribed year after year!

The concert is the culmination of a lot of hard work from your teachers and children.

We provide online resources so that children can practise at home to support the rehearsals they are doing in school. Our songs are selected from a wide range of music styles to give the children the widest learning experience possible.

We had the most wonderful time at Young Voices 2023!

Children from our choir in Years 3 - 6 were part of the 'the largest choir event in the world' with over 8,000 children performing with a live band at the O2. Special guests included Urban Strides - that use dance as a way to improve the fitness, well-being and cooperation skills of young people nationally and the incredible Beatbox Collective.  There was even a message from Nile Rogers as we sang a medley of some of his greatest hits.

Anna Phoebe played the violin and her collaboration with the beatboxers made us all get up and dance. We sang with Heather Small from M-People - which made us all very 'Proud' to be part of such an amazing event.

Year 4 Child

"I love singing, singing with all those other children at the O2 was massive for me!"

Year 6 Child

"A memory about Primary School that will stay with me forever!"

Year 5 Parent

" Wow wow wow an experience that needs to be done again next year! Lots of fun with friends and meeting other children from other schools."

"Absolutely incredible experience, there are no other words. What an amazing experience for the children. Thank you to all the staff for the hard work and dedication you gave. It will be a memory that they will never forget, as well as myself. Organisation at the O2 was very good with so many marshals giving directions and walking with each school party to the next marshal. Very reassuring during the current climate.

Please, if the chance is there in the future for other children, do it again."
