WEDUC - keeping parents up to date
Keeping Parents Up to Date
To ensure you are kept up to date with events and activities at the school, parents need to download the WEDUC app.
Each week we send out a newsletter with details of events and activities for the weeks ahead. These dates are also uploaded onto the WEDUC calendar.
Parents and carers can also report absences using the WEDUC app if your child is ill.
Every half term the trust (Kent Catholic Schools Partnership) newsletter is published on WEDUC; this is an opportunity to find out what has been going in the wider school community. The WEDUC app also features an email messaging system, and important communications, such as letter and event reminders will come to you directly through the app.
You will receive an email/text message with your enrolment code during your child’s first week with us – please prioritise downloading the app. The office team can support you with this if necessary.

letters Home
Generally, letters are sent home via the WEDUC app. However, occasionally we send in paper form through your child’s class teacher.
Always check your child’s book bag for letters home as well as the WEDUC app.
