From September 2024 we will have 5 classes: Reception, Year 1, Year 2, combined Years 3 & 4, Combined Years 5 & 6.

We are open year-round for school tours, please contact the school office to arrange a tour with the Headteacher or member of the Senior Leadership Team.


Applications open on Friday 3rd November 2023 to 15th January 2024 for children born between 1st September 2019 to 31st August 2020 applying for a YEAR R place in September 2024.


Applications should be made on-line at  and we suggest you call for a tour of the school (if you have not done so already) before submitting the paperwork.


We also require a Supplementary Information Form to be completed in full and returned to the school office for Reception places and In Year Applications.


In Year Applications must be made on the In Year and Casual Application Form (IYCAF link below):

You must also complete the Kent County Council (or other Council if resident in another county) Reception Common Application Form (SCAF) and either return that to your child's primary school or make an electronic application at: by 15th January 2024.

Please also ensure that you have read the school’s Privacy Notice, which can be found on the school’s ‘policies’ page.

Please return this Supplementary Information Form to the Admissions Officer at the school (not Kent County Council). For Year R entry in September 2024 please return this form to the school no later than 15 January 2024 in order that we may rank your application.

If applicable you must send a copy of your child’s baptismal certificate and/or Other Faith Reference, to the Admissions Officer at the school along with this completed form.


Please note failure to submit a completed Supplementary Information form when applying for a Catholic school place may result in your application not being placed in the correct category and could result in you not receiving an offer of a place.


In Year or Casual Applications

Applications made too late for the Kent co-ordinated system, In-year applications for year R and applications for entry to years 1-6 must be made on the IYCAF (In -Year and Casual application Form) available on school websites. The same policy and procedure (apart from the timetable) applies to these applications. This form must be sent to the school’s Admissions Officer with this supplementary information form.

Please note that if you are not offered a place and submit an appeal, a copy of this form will be submitted to the Appeal Panel.

If you are unhappy with the school place you've been offered, you can appeal for any of the schools you named in your application.


We recommend you still accept the place your child has been offered. This will not affect your appeal and will guarantee your child has a school place if your appeal is unsuccessful. If your appeal is successful you must remember to tell the school you were originally offered that you no longer want the place.


If you weren't offered your chosen school, this is usually because the school is full and there were other children who more closely met the school’s oversubscription criteria.


If your child is due to start primary school in September 2023, you can appeal if you are refused a place at one of your preferred schools on National Offer Day (Monday 17 April 2023).


You must submit your appeal before Monday 15 May 2023 for it to be considered by Monday 17 July 2023. Any appeals received after this time will be heard within 40 school days from the deadline, or where reasonably possible in line with updated guidance from the Department for Education.


For late applications, appeals should be heard within 40 school days from the deadline for lodging appeals where possible, or within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged where reasonably possible in line with updated guidance from the Department for Education.


  • Monday 1 May 2023 : Parents should contact the school to accept/refuse a place that has been offered and can use the link in the offer email to ask for their child to be added to the waiting list of schools named on the original application.
  • Friday 12 May 2023: Appeals need to be lodged by this date to be heard before September - appeals information can be found at can only appeal for schools that were named on the application form.
