Welcome to Water Class!

We are taught by Mrs Handford and our Teaching Assistant is Mrs Pilcher.

There are currently 19 children in our Reception class.

Even though we are the very youngest children in the school, we are always very busy! We are very lucky to have wonderful outdoor and indoor areas to enjoy.

In Water Class, we are kind to each other, we are learning to listen carefully and we try our best in everything that we do

Keep checking the class page for updates and photographs of the different things that we have been doing each week.

Dear God

Help us to love and care,

To be gentle and fair.

Help us to work and play together.

Help us to live and grow together.

To always be glad to help each other.

Let us stay happy in your loving care.

Our Class Prefects!

Water Class have had an amazing first two weeks together and the children have grown in confidence and made new friends! smileyThey coped extremely well in their new environment and played happily together.

Over these two weeks, we have really enjoyed a new book called 'Here We Are' by Oliver Jeffers which is part of a whole school project. There have been lots of fun, creative and engaging activities that have given us plenty to talk about together we have shared some fantastic thoughts and ideas. See below for photographs of us playing and exploring our new environment.
