TERM 2

Term 2 - Street Detectives

This way or that way? Where should we go? Up to the local shops or down to the playing fields? Let’s learn about our local community, looking at houses old and new and finding out how our streets have changed geographically. We will make maps and plans of the streets around us, planning our routes. What can you see? What can we find? Whereabouts do you live? Do you know your address? Find out how to write instructions, directions,  all about our community.

CLASS IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 **Please wear your PE kit to school on Monday and Thursday **

Please bring Reading Records to school every day.

Our  school day is 8.35am - 3.15pm

Please ensure your child brings a water bottle to school each day. 

Please remember coats and label all coats, hats, gloves, scarves etc.

 

 

**HOME LEARNING**

Please ensure that you listen to your child read each day and record in their Reading Record. 

You will receive a login to  Times Tables Rockstars and Ed Shed daily. Logins for these platforms will be sent home. 

If you require further support with any of the home learning arrangements, please find someone in Dolphin team.
