As part of our RSPB Wild Challenges, we have been exploring outside with magnifying glasses to find out what is growing there now that the season has changed again. We have found lavender, daisies and dandelions so far.
We have been mapping our own stories this week. This helps our visual memory remember the words that we want to say when we share our story with others.
We looked high, we looked low and we looked everywhere until we found our chocolate eggs!
Inspired by our Irock concert, we have formed our own band. Song writing, drumming and some dancing!
Working together in our outside area allows us to solve real life problems connected to engineering and Maths.
We have been working together to create and build using our large-scale equipment. Moving our large resources together is supporting our understanding of spatial awareness and working together where to place this equipment to create the finished construction.
Using our new understanding of shadows, we have created our own shadow role play.
This week has been Science week. We have loved exploring shadows using different shapes and torches.
