Building on our previous Maths understanding, we have been ordering objects and numbers in Year 1.
We have been very lucky to explore a range of cameras from the past thanks to one of our families. We were given a range of different cameras that have really helped us to understand how technology has moved forward and what the challenges were when taking and developing photos. These primary sources were fantastic in our understanding.
So that we are ready to sing, we have been learning how to warm up our faces. This is a really important part of singing as well as a really fun thing to do!

Hot seating as Dogger has helped us to really understand the story more. We have brought Dogger to life.

We have been exploring different ways to make 10 and 20 to support our fluency in counting.
Our new school library is open!
The children dressed up as pirates to watch Penguin's play 'The pirates of the Currybean'. They played some pirate games and had lots of swashbuckling fun!!
Albie represented Dolphin class during the I rockconcert. He rocked on the electric guitar!
